Drop standalone klipper executable

David Edmundson requested to merge work/klipper_cleanup into master

This is only useful for people outside plasma, and no-one is going to install plasma-workspace for this one tool. It was a KDE3 relic that somehow lived into KDE4 for compatibility.

Lets remove this so we can start tidying up the code that matters
