lookandfeel/osd: Explicitely add the translation domain

Ismael Asensio requested to merge work/iasensio/osd-translation-domain into master

This is required for the theme contents so the engine effectively finds the suitable translation.

The translation has never worked for any other language, but there are only two of them that reverse the % along KDE translations 😄
