Add separate play and pause media shortcuts

Right now, we have only a play/pause shortcut. In some cases it can be useful to have separate shortcuts for them, eg : buggy bluetooth a2dp headphones sending keys twice.

The behavior of the Play key remains unchanged (mapped to Play/Pause) as it makes sense for the majority of users. I affected the Pause key to the new Pause shortcut, it was unaffected before.
