krunner: move configure button to right for consistency in plasma

The configure button in krunner is on the left, everywhere else in plasma it's on the right before the pin button. This changes it for consistency.
If there are reasons not to do this let me know or if I need to add anything!
First commit to a project! Thought this was small enough maybe!

I don't have after screenshots but here is what I mean.
The configure button is on the left here.
System tray's configure button is on the right and before the pin. I think that makes sense, but krunner's is jarring.
Other applets are the same.
