applets/systemtray: add workaround for QTBUG-59044

This avoids the same SNI menu being opened again after user long presses to open a SNI menu.

Test:

  1. long press an SNI icon to open its menu
  2. Click anywhere outside of the panel
  3. Right click the same panel
