Remove windowedwidgets runner

As discussed in plasma-desktop#67 (closed), this runner confuses people and prevents them looking for a proper app.

Also, the functionality of plasmoids could be ported to a standalome app instead. This would most likely result in better UX and make the app more discoverable.
