Remove Window Switcher from Breeze Global Theme

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/plasma-workspace:remove-breeze-window-switcher into master

It's being moved to kdeplasma-addons (with the more useful name "Sidebar") now that the new default Task Switcher is "Thumbnail Grid", which lives in KWin. See plasma-desktop#53 (closed).
