LockScreenUi: Hide cursor when UI is hidden

Kai Uwe Broulik requested to merge work/kbroulik/hide-cursor-when-ui-hidden into master

Allows for a more immersive "screen saver"-like experience.

Locked my screen, didn’t use the mouse, cursor still hid. I think that was the main reason doing this was blocked back in the days.

(Seems simple enough for 5.27 imho)
