applets/digital-clock: show today's sublabel in tooltip if there is one

Fushan Wen requested to merge work/fuf/cherry-pick-sublabel into master

I forgot to add sublabel to the tooltip in the original commit, which is useful for the alternate calendar plugin and the holiday plugin.
