Move "Tint colors" flag closer to "Tint strength" slider in KColorSchemeEditor

Move "Tint Colors" flag closer to "Tint strength" slider in KColorSchemeEditor, in options tab.

Layout before:

  • Tint colors flag
  • Accent Titlebar flag
  • Tint strength slider

Layout after:

  • Accent Titlebar flag
  • Tint colors flag
  • Tint strength flag

Reason: I think, it would make sense to place the tint flag along with the tint slider. This visually forms a group of controls that belong to "tint".
