Making the Prison.Barcode dragable. so we can attach to email, chats, kolourpaint, etc.

So far, I have been taking screenshots with Spectacle, and saving/pasting it somewhere else. which is a bit weird knowing Qt/KDE is so good at drag&drop

with this patch, you can drag&drop directly from klipper
