Logout Dialog: Set maximum width for notes label to button row width

Kai Uwe Broulik requested to merge work/kbroulik/wider-max-width-logout into master

There's no password field to align to so there's no reason for it to be that narrow. The text can easily span several lines otherwise.

Instead, align it with the row of leave buttons.
