logout-greeter: set Kirigami theme property
requested to merge ngraham/plasma-workspace:set-kirigami-theme-property-for-logout-greeter into master
This fixes the buttons not appearing correctly on the logout greeter.
The buttons don't have the right color scheme (they are light against a dark background) but that's a separate issue, maybe a problem with the complementary color scheme or color scheme inheritance.
