Reenable runnermodeltest

Alexander Lohnau requested to merge work/alex/model_test_reloaded into master

frameworks/kcoreaddons!365 (merged) and frameworks/kbookmarks!31 (merged) fixed the related memory and thread safety issues.

Those were not uncovered, because the runner was not loaded as part of an autotest.
