Remove animations from notifications delegates in 5.27 only
As a workaround for https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=468180 which is very common, remove animations for the notification applet delegate, as is possibly a problem in the internal qml animations support itself.
On 6, so far this problem doesn't seem to be occurring, do not port
