kcms/color: Set parent window for color dialog

ivan tkachenko requested to merge work/ratijas/colors-kcm-dialog into master

Otherwise it can't find a parent window, which it only attempts to do automatically once around at Component.onCompleted time, and fails because KCM page is only created but not inserted into KCM framework yet.
