Toggle display method for KRunner
This feature was requested in reddit multiple times and also makes shortcut activation consistent with the meta activation of the Application Menu. It is also required for the pin functionality we discussed on VDG yesterday.
Also @davidre since this MR includes messing a bit with the shortcut functionality ;)
