System Monitor: Give KSysGuardProcessList a parent

Kai Uwe Broulik requested to merge work/kbroulik/systemmonitor-parent-for-list into master

It calls window() in its constructor, and since it didn't have a parent Qt considered the widget itself a toplevel window, and thus winId() created it as a native window, causing funky input and rendering bugs.
