Delete deprecated Dataengine template
The dataengines are deprecated (https://phabricator.kde.org/T13315) consequently and especially of we settle for a different solution in https://phabricator.kde.org/T13322 I feel like we should not expose a template to the users.
But you can think of this MR as a suggestion, so feel free to disagree ;)
