Add timestamps to redirected events in panel
Without a timestamp, scenePressPosition doesn't get set, which means we get the old scenePressPosition event, which is the one from the event that hasn't been redirected. So DragHandler thinks that the mouse has been clicked outside the panel instead of inside and start the dragging.
