kcm/notifications: Set ocean as default sound theme

Ismael Asensio requested to merge work/iasensio/kcmnotifications-default-ocean into master

This needs to be in sync with the soundtheme KCM and KNotifications defaults config.

Somehow I forgot to also update this default along with the rest of uses.
