Remove systemmonitor dataengine and "system activity" application

Arjen Hiemstra requested to merge work/ahiemstra/remove-ksysguard into master

The applets have been redone to work without the data engine a while ago and we now have a much improved QML system monitor application. As a result, the widgets code this relies on has been unmaintained for a while now, so we should not rely on it.
