Drop lockscreen autotest

David Edmundson requested to merge work/d_ed/lockscreen_test_drop into master

Mocking kscreenlocker is not robust to changes in kscreenlocker. This can be replaced with an appium test using kscreenlocker in a follow-up commit.

Whilst I'm not a fan of dropping tests in general there is a WIP here !3468 which isn't too far from merging. This is split so we can get CI green ASAP.
