applets/mediacontroller: don't mirror media playback controls in RtL

Media controls mirror IRL media playback devices, which are not typically mirrored in countries that use RtL languages.

This brings Plasma more into line with the expected arrangement from both real-world devices and from other software that explicitly does not mirror media playback controls in RtL.
