Do not hide settings when the panel is hidden

Niccolò Venerandi requested to merge work/niccolove/donthidepanel into master

The only reason I could find for which a panel is hidden whilst its settings are still open is that it's changing the screen; to do that, the panel is hidden and then shown again. By removing this line, we make sure that the panel settings dialog switch to the new window instead of disappearing.
