Don't hide panel config view if a plasmapopup opens from the panel
if a plasmapopup opens specifically from the panel don't hide, this is due for the small configuration popups that open on mouse over of an applet.
but on the other hand, make sure to close when the corona goes out of editmode as we a re a bit less eager to close ourselves now
