[System Tray] Add button to open plasmoid configuration from "Entries" page
Accessing the configuration of plasmoids inside System Tray can sometimes be tricky, add a button to allow configuring them from the "Entries" page.
Unfortunately, Plasma only allows one applet config per containment so when clicking on an applet config dialog the System Tray one closes and it replaced by the relevant applet config dialog.
