dataengines/weather: Improve dwd warning descriptions

We were missing the headline info from the dwd provider and just
offering the detailed explanation. This gives the warnings their
full context.

Remove also the hard line-brakes (fixed at 50 characters length), as now the applet can wrap the text correctly.
