Global configure button in the systray to configure the "current" plasmid

The global config button in the systray can configure the indivisual plasmoids.

  • if the plasmoid has a single configure action, pressing it will open the config dialog (or kcm if the action has been reassigned)
  • if the plasmoid has multiple contextualActions, it will show a menu with all of them
