Few fixes for icon sizing, especially less common. like vertical panel and huge sizes.

Icons are correctly wrapped for big vertical panels (expander icon is not overlapping, Bug 428158):

For even bigger panels, icons are nicely spread out (not left-aligned, Bug 428127):

Vertical and horizontal sizes are corectly calculated (not overlapping other elements, Bug 428198):
