Drop historic entries from lookandfeel package structure

Nothing reads those entries. According to my research loginmanager was moved out of the directory in 5.8 but it appears the lnf functionality was never used it, userswitcher was merged into lockscreen with 5.14. runcommand was moved to krunner and is not themeable anymore. windowdecoration seems to have neven been implemented.
