feat: sort autostart kcm entries alphabetically

The entries are currently listed in the order in which they were added. This can make it difficult to scan the list for a particular entry. This change sorts the entries alphabetically.

For the purposes of testing the MR, note there is a bug that prevents adding autostart entries.
