applets/digital-clock: remove timezone highlight on click

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/plasma-workspace:no-highlight-with-mouse into master

It makes sense to select them with a keyboard for accessibility/screen reader purposes, but not with a pointing device. Accordingly, disable the visual change that appears on click.
