owl from hogvarts requested to merge owl-from-hogvarts/plasma-workspace:feat/digital-clock into master

this enhancement was originally introduced in better-inline-clock by MarianArlt

owl-from-hogvarts extracted and ported the change to kde 6 technologies.

better-inline-clock introduces various other options such as new date formats: RFC (link) and QT, settings for custom vertical and horizontal offsets, setting to hide borders. These changes are seen as good enhancement, though required to live in separate project. Thus, only the most valuable modifications from better-inline-clock are ported.

Setting for custom spacing is left behind to follow principle: good design choices by default over unnecessary configuration. The option may be introduced back if highly requested by users
