Draft: Add tablet context for system tray general settings
- Add tabletScaleIconsToFit and tabletIconSpacing in addition to the existing scaleIconsToFit and iconSpacing to general settings
- Configure these new options to be referenced when in tablet mode
- Enables the settings controls in tablet mode
- Remove now redundant labels on general settings page
This is to give the user more control over how the tray icons display in tablet mode. This is especially helpful when using a vertical taskbar. The default settings for tablet mode are preserved, but instead of being forced, these options can now be configured.
Below are a couple quick video demos showing before and after the change. In both videos I open the system tray settings, close it, switch to tablet mode, then open the settings again in tablet mode. In the second video, where I can change the settings, I adjust them in tablet mode, then switch back and forth to demonstrate the settings changing.
