applets/battery: Check actual battery for charge state workaround
Rather than the global battery. Otherwise all batteries will display "Fully charged" if the main one is fully charged.
While at it, only do it for power supply batteries as charge threshold only affects those.
My mouse no longer shows as fully charged while charging when my laptop battery is full
