applets/battery: show battery icon as plugged in if AC is plugged in

It shouldn't matter if it is charging or fully charged. Having the AC plugged in but not shown in the icon is confusing, and inconsistent with the compact representation icon.

How to test: Have the battery fully charged while AC is plugged in, and look at the icon inside the opened battery applet
