Use symbolic icons for the notification applet

In Plasma 6, icons in the system tray are picked up from the icon theme and not the plasma theme with the -symbolic suffix. This is a bug where the applet uses non symbolic icons which doesn't work properly with non-breeze themes anymore. This change should be coupled with a MR in breeze-icons to either rename the existing symbolic icons or symlink them.
