wallpapers: make image view frameless

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/plasma-workspace:frameless-wallpaper-KCM into master

Adopt the frameless styling we use in our KCMs these days by butting the image view right up against the margins. This provides more space for content, greater consistency, and also lets us get rid of a positioning hack for the grid view header that causes it to flicker and get mis-positioned under certain circumstances.

Diff looks scary, but it's mostly whitespace changes due to items being moved around.

The version in the desktop config dialog looks the same, so I didn't include screenshots of it.
