kcms/lookandfeel: refine UI for layout replacement warning
Right now the warning about layouts being replaced takes the form of a bit of always-visible orange text. This lacks impact. Instead use an InlineMessage that appears only when needed. This is more semantically correct and also reinforces the connection between the warning and the thing triggering it.
