applets/brightness: fix max brightness change notification
The wrong signal name was used, which meant the maximum brightness value of the slider and the actual maximum powerdevil uses could get out of sync
This fixes the brightness slider getting weird with powerdevil!356 (merged), but the bug is the same issue with DDC instead.
