[Tab switcher] Fix binding loop that spams the log

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/plasma-workspace:fix-binding-loop-in-breeze-switcher into master

I was a bit surprised to see this. The binding loop message is super spammy when the Breeze tab switcher is in use. Is nobody who runs plasma from git master using the tab switcher at all, or using a non-default one? I suppose I would fall into the latter category as I use the Large Icons one.
