Remove unused KWinDBusInterface import
Reason for the change
It's no longer used since https://github.com/KDE/kde-workspace/commit/868887e7a810ddae1d83e5fba0bd42b95c96b9fd
With this change building plasma-workspace no longer requires building kwin first.
