applets/systemtray: don't remove item highlight when unhovering grid
Reason for the change
We don't do this elsewhere for lists and grids that have a menu-style persistent highlight, like Kickoff.
Test plan
Open expanded view, hover over something, move cursor out of popup -> highlight doesn't disappear anymore.
