• Also Edit recently-used.xbel when forgetting resources

• clear the KRecentDocument history on forgetAll

• remove application entries in KRecentDocument when forgetting an application

• remove the file entries from KRecentDocument when removing its history

Requires frameworks/kio!1670 (merged)

Test plan

Untested as of now untested.

• right-click on an application icon, on the panel, select "Forget Recent Files"
• in kicker, history, right click on a file or folder, "Forget this file"
• in kicker, history, right click on a file or folder, "Forget all"

~/.local/share/recently-used.xbel should reflect the expected changes
