kcm/colors: flesh out accent colour selection

Changes

  • add the colours missing from the palette the accent colours were taken from
  • add their names from the palette

Reason for the change

These names are already exposed when picking from this palette in the users KCM, so this makes it more consistent. Some of the colours were also missing with no discernible reason for their absence, so they're added to flesh out the full selection.
