applets/digitalclock: use sentence case in config

Reason for the change

The HIG recommend sentence case for combobox entries. Multiple comboboxes in the digitalclock configuration dialog currently use title case.

This change converts the labels to sentence case and adds or improves translation context.

Test plan

Correct capitalization was tested visually.
