Bring back klipper desktop file

  • Bring back klipper desktop file

This is needed for mapping of notification to klipper specific settings. This partly reverts commit 8fa3fbf2. The file is adusted to it is hidden and references to running klipper removed. BUG:492525 FIXED-IN:6.1.5

Test plan

  • use klippper next/previous shortcuts
  • it says klipper in the title and the notificaiton doesnt appear in the history
