[Kicker] Expose icon in Favorites as a name where possible

Mikel Johnson requested to merge mikeljohnson/plasma-workspace:expose-icon-name into master

Since only IconItem consumes QIcon and it also accepts iconName nothing should break

Needed for buttons/checkboxes etc. which don't accept QIcon
