[applets/mediacontroller] Don't show player name when there's only one player
requested to merge ngraham/plasma-workspace:remove-unnecessary-stuff-in-mediaplayer-toolbar into master
Doing so takes up extra space and I don't think it's useful information anyway. If there's only one media player going, the user already knows which one it is.

Not sure if the negative top margin for the content item is appropriate here, or if this is a bug in PlasmoidHeading unnecessarily including bottom margins when in header mode.
